Common Questions
What to Expect
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your event. Peak dates (spring and fall weekends) fill quickly — some clients book 6–12 months out.
- Is there a travel fee?
- No travel fee for events in San Diego or Los Angeles. For events outside Southern California, a travel fee is quoted at the time of booking.
- What's included in setup and breakdown?
- All packages include full setup (typically 60–90 minutes before your event) and breakdown at no extra charge. You don't lift a finger.
- Can I see the print design before the event?
- Yes. We send a digital proof of your custom print layout for approval at least one week before your event.
- Do you require a deposit?
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
